Business-Oriented Legal Representation
Goerlitz Law, PLLC, is a law office that helps individuals and business clients plan for the future, protect their investments and succeed. As the sole attorney, I practice a business-oriented approach in a wide variety of matters of commercial and real estate law, working in both transactions and litigation.
I’ve been practicing law for more than 10 years in Minnesota and Wisconsin. For much of that time, I worked in corporate law and litigation. I opened my firm in order to build closer, long-term professional relationships with clients, helping them succeed both in disputes and in day-to-day business matters.

Resolving Real Estate Law Concerns
I represent lenders, developers, title companies, individual buyers and sellers and other clients, giving them help with many issues in commercial and residential real estate, including:
- Homeowners association disputes
- Zoning issues
- Title insurance
- Boundary disputes
- Deed issues
As in most of my legal practice, I have a business-oriented approach to real estate, helping clients to protect their investments and reap the rewards of good planning.
Legal Guidance For Transactions And Litigation
I represent investors, business owners and other clients in many business and commercial law issues, including:
- Incorporation documents
- Contract reviews
- Contract drafting
- Breach of contract issues
- Risk analysis
- Noncompete agreements
I enjoy having the role of a longtime lawyer for businesses, helping them get off the ground, resolve issues when they arise and prepare for greater success. I help my clients avoid problems that can result in litigation, but if disputes arise later, I have outstanding litigation skills and can forcefully represent my clients at trial and at appeal, if necessary.
